# Crown Prince Haakon joins the main committee

> His Royal Highness Crown Prince Haakon has accepted an invitation to join the main organizing committee for the 2029 FIS Alpine World Ski Championships in Narvik. 

The agreement covers the World Cup in 2027, the final in 2028, and the World Championship in 2029.

Nordlys Energi will gain visibility on the slopes and throughout the city, and will be part of the story of the journey toward 2029.
