Questions
Before you buy
Is the ticket personal, or can I give it to someone else?
The ticket is not personal. You can give it to someone else, but it can only be scanned once, so do not share it with multiple people.
What happens if a race is rescheduled due to the weather?
Due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or decisions by FIS, competitions may be rescheduled to a different time or day. As a general rule, tickets will remain valid for the new date.
I use a wheelchair. Where can I watch from?
There is a designated area with a firm surface and a good view near the finish area. Companions are admitted free of charge. Please contact us in advance so we can assist you.
Can I buy a ticket at the venue?
Yes, as long as tickets are still available. We recommend buying in advance, both because it is quicker and because some days may sell out.
Can I bring skis, flags, or cowbells?
Flags and cowbells are allowed. Skis can be placed in the ski rack by the entrance. Flagpoles over 1.5 metres, glass items and pyrotechnics are not permitted.
Do children need a ticket?
Yes, please select a children’s ticket when buying tickets.
